Introduction
In this help article, we will cover how to use the Article Visibility feature in Newsifier. This feature allows you to control where specific articles appear across your website, ensuring that articles only show up where relevant. For example, you can prevent an article from appearing on the homepage or in search results page.
Step 1: Activate the Article Visibility Feature
To use this feature, contact Newsifier support to have it activated on your site. You can proceed to the next steps once you receive confirmation that the feature is enabled.
Step 2: Access Article Visibility Settings
Go to the Article Editor: Navigate to the article editing page in your dashboard.
Find the Article Visibility Section: Scroll down to the right side of the page. You will see a section labeled Article Visibility with several checkboxes.
Step 3: Choose Pages to Exclude the Article From
In this section, you can choose to exclude the current article from appearing on the following pages:
Homepage
Tag Page
Search Results
Author Page
Article Page
Check the boxes for the pages where you want to hide the article.
Step 4: Save Your Changes
Once you’ve made your selections, click Save. The article will now be hidden from the article lists on the selected pages. This allows you to fine-tune the visibility of specific content on your site.
