Introduction

The Dashboard provides a view of your content performance. It displays metrics such as the total number of articles, views, comments, and claps received. You can also see averages for views and comments per article, along with the most frequently used tags. The Dashboard allows you to filter data by today, the last 7 days, or the last month. Additionally, it highlights the top 5 and bottom 5 articles based on performance within the selected timeframe

How Does It Work?

  1. To access the Dashboard, click on “Dashboard” from the left menu in your CMS.

  2. Once in the Dashboard, you can see the following information:

    • Articles: The total number of articles created.

    • Views: The total number of views received on articles.

    • Comments: The total number of comments received on articles.

    • Claps: The number of claps received.

    • AVG. Views Per Article: Average number of views per article.

    • AVG. Comments: Average number of comments received per article.

    • Most Used Tags: The tags you have used most frequently.

  3. From the top right, you can filter to view the information by timeframe:

    • Today: Show metrics from today.

    • Last 7 Days: Show metrics from the past 7 days.

    • Last Month: Show metrics from the past month.

4. You can also view the “Top 5” and “Fail 5” from a selected timeframe.

  • Top 5 from Last Day, Week, Month: The top 5 best performing articles from the selected timeframe (Day, Week, Month) will be shown.

  • Fail 5 from Last Day, Week, Month: The 5 worst performing articles from the selected timeframe (Day, Week, Month) will be shown.

    Solution: Within the Dashboard, you can filter data by Today, Last 7 Days, or Last Month to analyze site performance within these specific periods.

    The “Top 5” and “Fail 5” sections allow you to quickly identify the best and worst-performing articles, helping you optimize content strategy.
