Introduction
The User Logs feature in Newsifier allows admins to track user activity across the platform. This includes actions such as updates to articles, adding new comments, updating user pages, and more. By reviewing these logs, you can monitor changes, identify issues, and maintain transparency within your team.

Understanding the User Log Overview
The User Logs dashboard provides a detailed list of user actions, including:
Action – Describes the type of change made (e.g., edited an article, deleted a comment).
Resource – Specifies what was changed (e.g., article page, user profile, comment).
Resource ID – Displays the unique identifier for the changed item, allowing admins to locate the exact resource.
IP Address – Shows the IP address of the user who performed the action.
User Agent – Provides technical details about the user's device and browser (e.g., operating system, browser version).
Author – Indicates the user who performed the action. This could be an admin, staff member, or a regular user (e.g., posting a comment).
Timestamp – Displays when the action occurred.
Viewing Detailed Changes
To see more details about a specific action:
Click the View button next to the log entry.
On the details page:
Added content or changes will appear in green.
Removals or deleted content will be highlighted in red.
This allows you to quickly identify modifications and track changes effectively.
Searching and Filtering Logs
The search bar at the top of the page allows you to filter logs by:
Action type (e.g., "edited article," "deleted comment")
Resource type (e.g., "user profile," "comment")
Using filters can help you quickly find relevant user actions.
User Access to Logs
Admins have full access and can view all user logs.
Staff members or lower-level users can only see their own actions in the logs.
By leveraging the User Logs feature, admins can maintain better oversight of website activity, ensuring accountability and security.
