At Newsifier, we provide two convenient ways for you to reach our support team:

  1. By Email at [email protected]

  2. Via the Widget in the admin panel

1. Contact Us by Email

If you prefer email, simply send a message to [email protected]. Upon sending, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your message has been received and turned into a support ticket. Our team will be notified right away, and during our office hours (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM GMT+2), you can expect a response within 4 hours.

Every time we update your ticket, you will receive an email notification so that you can track its status and progress in real time.

2. Using the Widget in the Admin Panel

Another way to reach us, use the widget located at the bottom right corner of your admin panel. Clicking on this icon will allow you to send a message directly to our support team.

Once your message is sent, you will receive a response both via the widget and by email. If your request is converted into a ticket, the widget will display an additional tab with an overview of all your open tickets and their statuses. This is also where you can add more information to your existing tickets.

To keep everything organized, you can click the "Go to ticket portal" button at the top of the admin screen, which will give you an overview of all your submitted tickets. If you manage multiple websites through Newsifier, all your tickets will be consolidated in one place for easier tracking.
